Please read through and respect these policies before booking
A consultation is required for all new clients
Consultation appointments require a £10 non refundable booking fee. The amount will be deducted if you book in, it will be taken as a fee if you do not book in, no show or cancel less than 48 hours beforehand.
A non refundable £20 booking fee is required to book any appointment.
Appointments can be rescheduled no less than 48 hours beforehand - this does not include Sunday or Monday as they are non working days.
New fitting appointments require a 60% non refundable deposit.
Ordering extra hair requires the full amount paid upfront.
Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) and no shows will result in a fee which is 50% of the total appointment cost payable before rebooking.
Booking and cancelling appointments 3 times consecutively will result in a booking ban.
All new colour clients will need a patch test if you are unable to pop into the salon you can buy a patch test for £5.00 and we will post it to you.
Trims (tidy up on ends) are included in maintenance appointments. Anything more requires extra time which will be charged at £25 per 30 min.
Styling is included in all appointments excluding: pin curls, curly blow drys, mermaid waves, chop stick curls. These services take a lot longer and extra time will need to be added at £25 per 30 min.
Each appointment has a set time frame, if your appointment takes longer due to bad aftercare and matting you will be charged extra time at £25 per 30 min.
We reserve the right to stop working with any client who is rude and disrespectful.
